About two months ago I had my ipod touch in my pants pocket (why are girl pockets so ridiculously useless anyway?!) and while using the restroom, it fell out :( . And I bet you can guess where it landed. SOOOO sad. $300 down the drain...literally. And of course I did all of the wrong things to repair it (including blasting hot hot hot air from a hairdryer and frantically seeing if it still worked by turning it on and off. I don't know if I could have done anything worse except for cracking it in two.) , so now I am consigned to bear the radio in the car. I'm a little bit sad and embarrassed about it. How ridiculous. Not to mention the loss of tap tap revolution 2.
Today I had a similar woeful story. I had my phone in my pocket...and...you know the rest. At least I had the sense not to totally ruin my phone by turning it on and trying to use it. I'm currently trying the dry rice method. I hope it works.
I think a petition should be created for the creation of more functional and convenient pockets in female pants.

ReplyDeleteI'm assuming this was Anna that made this post (either that or Dave is now wearing girl pants). Isn't that why girls carry purses? to compensate for their small/lack of pockets? Sorry about your ipod touch, i want one of those.
